The Department of General Education will be hiring suitable

instructional candidate(s) for the foundation level General Education

courses for fall, 2008, based on the following criteria:

1. Academic credentials; normally PhD or highest relevant qualification

2. Demonstrated currency in the field

3. Post-secondary teaching experience

4. Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills

5. Capacity to design curriculum and pedagogy for the achievement of relevant cluster goals.

6. Cross-disciplinary knowledge and expertise

7. Multi-disciplinary approach

8. Relevant approach to incorporation and reflection of the instructor's unique experience and expertise.
